🔮 What types of readings do you offer?

I offer:

  • Private recorded psychic video readings (sent to your email), and
  • Live psychic readings on TikTok LIVE, conducted in real time during scheduled live sessions.

 

🎥 What is a private video reading?

A private video reading is a pre-recorded, personalised reading created just for you. It focuses on your submitted questions and is delivered privately via email.


📺 What is a TikTok LIVE reading?

A TikTok LIVE reading is an intuitive reading delivered live on TikTok during one of my live sessions. These readings are done in real time and are visible to others watching the live.

 

📝 How many questions can I ask?

  • Private video readings: Please include 3–5 questions at checkout.
  • TikTok LIVE readings: You are welcome to ask questions and are encouraged to put your questions in the comments. 
  • Spirit doodles: These are not question readings, and are based on what messages come through from spirit. 


📅 When will I receive my private reading?

Please allow up to 5 business days.

During holiday periods or busy times, turnaround may be slightly longer.


💬 What if my message doesn’t resonate?

Not all messages resonate immediately. Some insights may make sense later as situations unfold.

Most information comes through channeling and is based on future outlooks. 

I always deliver messages with honesty, care, and integrity.

 

🔁 Do you offer refunds?

Due to the personalised and energetic nature of readings:

  • Private readings are non-refundable once completed
  • TikTok LIVE readings are non-refundable, as they are delivered live and in real time

Mystic Elle is a personalised service offering personalised readings. These are created specifically for each customer. These services are not eligible for cancellation, withdrawal, or refund once work has commenced, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

🔐 Are my readings confidential?

 •       Private video readings: Yes, they are strictly confidential.

  • TikTok LIVE readings: These are public and visible to viewers during the live session. Please only ask questions you are comfortable sharing publicly.


🔞 Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to purchase or receive a reading.


Can you predict exact timing or connect with specific people? 

Occasionally, loved ones, ancestors or spirit guides may naturally come through during your reading. While I may share these messages when they arise, I cannot guarantee connection with a specific person you may be hoping to hear from.

I currently do not offer dedicated mediumship readings, however mediumship and spiritual messages may be intuitively integrated into your session when relevant energies come through naturally ✨

Please note: I am not a timeline-focused reader and no genuine psychic can ethically guarantee exact dates, timeframes or outcomes. During readings, I may receive months, seasons or periods of significance as part of the energy coming through, however these should be viewed as energetic windows rather than fixed guarantees.

All readings are based on the current energies, probabilities and messages present at the time of the reading. Energy is constantly shifting through free will, personal decisions, healing, external circumstances and life changes, meaning outcomes and timing may naturally change or unfold differently over time.
